Ms. deMartino attended Cal. State Los Angeles where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology in 1976.   She graduated from University of West Los Angeles School of Law and was admitted to the California bar in December 1984.

Ms. deMartino's primary practice is in the areas of corporate and business law, estate planning, probate and conservatorship.  She has gained extensive experience in forming corporations (both for profit and non-profit), limited liability companies, and partnerships, and in advising businesses on personnel issues, corporate formalities, including corporate minutes and resolutions, contracts, and other on-going business issues as they arise, as well as assisting the business owner and others with estate planning, including drafting wills and irrevocable and revocable trusts and wills.  She also handles litigated and non-litigated probate, trust and conservatorship cases.

Ms. deMartino is committed to giving back to the community through service in such organizations as Long Beach Bar Foundation (Director & Secretary), Women Lawyers of Long Beach (past President), the Long Beach Bar Association (past member of Board of Governors and past committee chair), Long Beach Grand Prix Foundation (Director), the Ball/Hunt Inn of Court and volunteering as a settlement officer for the Superior Court.
