About Bradley
Mr. Kafka is chairman of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He represents management in a wide variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, banking, insurance, health care and retail services. Mr. Kafka serves as legal counsel for three Fortune 100 companies and has represented management in labor and employment matters throughout the United States. Mr. Kafka's practice spans all aspects of labor and employment law, including federal and state court litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, defense of union organizing campaigns, employment discrimination, and wrongful discharge. He has defended more than 300 charges of discrimination for various employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state EEO agencies throughout the United States.
Mr. Kafka also has drafted numerous employee handbooks and employment policies. He counsels businesses with respect to steps they can take to avoid employment related problems and litigation. Mr. Kafka frequently lectures on employment topics before business groups and trade and legal associations.
Mr. Kafka is admitted to practice before a number of federal district courts and federal appellate courts.
