Her practice focuses on real estate litigation primarily in residential landlord-tenant disputes in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically tenant buyout agreements, Owner Move-In and Ellis Act evictions. Tiffany believes in resolving cases through buyout or settlement and has successfully handled numerous negotiations as a cost-effective solution for her clients. She regularly handles matters arising before the San Francisco Rent Board and San Francisco Human Rights Commission. Tiffany also speaks conversational Cantonese and is able to communicate with and put Chinese-speaking clients at ease.
