Jason D. Jones, Esq. founded the Law Office of Jason D. Jones, P.C. in 2018 after more than a decade of concentrated work in trusts and estates, estate administration, and related tax matters across both domestic and international settings. His background includes work with Japanese law firms, international trusts and estates practices, and major international law firms engaged in complex corporate finance matters—experience that continues to inform his approach to sophisticated private-client representation. After returning to the United States from Tokyo, Mr. Jones balanced paralegal work with his legal studies at Fordham University School of Law, where he developed a focused interest in trusts and estates and advanced estate taxation. During law school, he interned at the Queens County Surrogate’s Court, gaining early exposure to probate and administration proceedings from the court’s perspective. ​As an attorney, Mr. Jones practiced at an international firm advising high-net-worth clients on estate planning and tax minimization, and later at a New York–area firm concentrating on domestic estate planning and probate matters. He ultimately established his own firm to provide clients with a higher level of direct attorney involvement, greater efficiency, and a modernized approach to a traditionally formal area of law. William Pagan is a 1987 graduate of the St. John’s University School of Law. He obtained in undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1984. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice to the United States District Court for the Districts of Puerto Rico and Hawaii, as well as New Jersey Superior Court. His professional memberships include the Puerto Rican Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association, and the Bronx, Kings, Queens and New York County Bar Associations as well as the Dominican Bar Association. He’s a member of The Pagan Law Firm, P.C. and has accumulated over twenty-five years experience in trying highly complex medical malpractice cases, serious injuries from construction, lead paint poisoning, municipal premise and general accident cases in State and Federal court in all boroughs of the City of New York, statewide in New York and pro hac vice nationwide. He’s a member of The National Trial Lawyers, “Top 100 Trial Lawyers.” Presently, Mr. Pagan’s caseload comprises primarily medical malpractice cases, including birth injury cases, with some construction accident cases, police brutality cases and premises negligence cases as well.

Attorney Leino has 34 years of legal experience, with 30 years as a sole practitioner. He knows both perspectives of a legal case, having represented plaintiffs (people who sue), as well as defendants (people who are sued) and their insurance companies; familiarity with the judicial perspective, having served numerous times as an arbitrator in state and federal courts for over ten years, deciding civil cases of up to $100,000 in value.

I have been working on personal injury law cases for over 30 years. I began working as a paralegal for my father, Frederick M. Wittenstein, Esq. in 1988. In 1995 I went to CUNY Law School and was admitted to practice in 1999. In 2000 the name of the firm was changed to Wittenstein & Wittenstein, Esqs as it is today. Now I work with a staff of wonderful paralegals and of-counsel attorneys to bring clients not only the best outcomes, but also the best experience possible during the process.

Louis I. Newman has been a member of the New York Bar since 1968 and has negotiated and tried hundreds of cases, including matrimonial cases which are cited for various precedents. He has represented professional athletes, celebrities and judges in New York State in their divorces. He has been called upon to testify as an expert witness regarding New York divorce law and participated as a panelist in Continuing Legal Education courses.
