Immigration and Naturalization. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1960 and is admitted to the Bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Klipstein received an A.B. Degree from Columbia College in 1957, his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School in 1960 (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University Law School, Graduate Division in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, N.Y. State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Judges Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has been or is a member or Chairman of various committees at these Bar Associations for may years. Mr. Klipstein contributed to Drafting New York Wills, Law and Forms, published by Matthew Bender (Lexis). He has also been an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of N.Y. City Civil Court (N.Y. County) since 1971.
