Jeffrey Costell is a practicing attorney in the state of California. He graduated from Georgetown University with his J.D. in 1980. He currently works for Costell & Cornelius, Law Corporation specializing in real estate law.

Mr. Levin attended law school at UC Hastings in San Francisco. He was the president of the Jewish Law Students Association and founded the UC Hastings Public Speaking Association. Since 1998, Pete has guest lectured on legal issues at both U.C. Berkeley and Cañada College. Pete resides in San Mateo and is a long time soccer coach, theater performer, and avid baseball fan.
