Pete grew up in Oklahoma and obtained his BSE in Civil Engineering at Princeton University. He received his J.D in 1989 from Georgetown Law Center and returned to the Bay Area, where he'd previously worked at Hewlett Packard, to practice law. Pete has practiced law in California's state and federal courts since 1989. Prior to opening Shearer Law Offices in 1998 to concentrate on employment, real estate, and intellectual property law, he was an associate with reputable firms including Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and Cooley, Godward (now Cooley LLP) in Palo Alto. He and former colleague Andrew Pierce merged firms to form Pierce & Shearer LLP in 2001. Pete also had worked with the Special Masters of Griffiths and Castle on complex real estate matters. Since 1998, Pete has guest lectured on legal issues at both U.C. Berkeley and Cañada College. Pete resides in San Mateo and is a long time soccer coach, theater performer, and avid baseball fan.

Bryan was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He was the Valedictorian of his graduating class at the University Of West Los Angeles School Of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. Prior to law school, Bryan was a successful entrepreneur, owning several businesses in the service industry

Peter Haber started Haber Law Firm after several years as a legal executive at Popcornopolis, a gourmet popcorn brand sold at groceries and stadiums nationwide. In this role, Peter served as the company’s sole in-house legal advisor as it related to all functions of the company’s operations, including dispute resolution, compliance, and employment law, to name a few. With his help and guidance, the company relocated its entire corporate and manufacturing operation, developed a new factory and warehouse, and was successfully acquired by private equity.

Mr. Miller focuses on employment and business litigation, bankruptcies, as well as small business formations and startups. After graduating, Mr. Miller worked with a prominent, national law firm in the tech and finance industry during the Tech Venture Capital and IPO boom. After the tech crash in the early 2000’s, Mr. Miller shifted his focus into business, employment, and real estate litigation. Additionally, he gained jury trial experience working as a prosecutor with the City Attorney’s Office and as the Fresno Police Department’s legal advisor. Mr. Miller continued doing trial work with the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office as a criminal white collar and financial crimes prosecutor and as a private criminal defense attorney.
