The appeal is dismissed. The certification and entry under Mass.R.Civ.P. 54(b) of the partial judgment for MHFA are vacated. The order on partial summary judgment is restored to its interlocutory status under the second sentence of rule 54(b). The case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
