Zachary focused his law school experience on criminal law, externing with a local public defender’s office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada, and multiple criminal defense firms. Zachary also served in the law school’s criminal defense appellate clinic, where his brief on behalf of an indigent client earned the law school’s award for excellence. After law school, Zachary relocated to Tampa, Florida where he began his career with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office before moving to a highly regarded criminal defense firm in the Tampa area. He has defended individuals accused of a broad range of offenses, including DUI, battery, drug and weapons possession, sex crimes, and homicide. Zachary returned to Las Vegas in 2020. Prior to joining Sgro and Roger, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ellie Roohani in the Eighth Judicial District Court, managing a split docket of criminal and civil cases. Outside of the office, Zachary enjoys traveling, playing poker, and providing long-distance support for his University of Connecticut basketball teams.

Bryan Boyack was born and raised in Las Vegas. He attended Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, in business management at the renowned Marriott School of Business Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. Throughout law school, Bryan studied numerous areas of law—from estate planning to business organization. The variety of his courses gave him the versatility needed to practice in many different areas of law. After graduating and passing the Nevada Bar, Bryan worked at a respected insurance defense firm in Las Vegas, where he was able to gain the skills necessary to be an effective litigator. Daniel “Danny” Dastrup is a Las Vegas native, having moved here at the age of five. He has seen the city grow and change through the years and loves to call Las Vegas home. Danny received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, and later his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school Danny received several accolades including “highest honors” recognizing his skill in legal writing. Since becoming an attorney, Danny has assisted his clients in a variety of cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and insurance bad faith. Danny has recovered millions of dollars through settlements, awards, and verdicts on behalf of his clients. Danny has successfully tried several cases in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas and has successfully litigated cases against major multinational companies and the Federal Government. Kym has been a trial lawyer for over 30 years. He has tried over 110 civil jury trials in both state and federal court in Southern Nevada and enjoys an impressive record of only two losses. He has successfully defended Fortune 500 companies at trial including PepsiCo, Costco, Target, Wynn Resorts, MGM, 7-Eleven, Inc., Xerox, Siemens AG, Sysco, Lufthansa, McDonald’s Corp., NCR Corp., Forest City Enterprises, Best Buy and ConAm Management. He has defended national trucking companies at trial for Sysco, U.S. Foods, Inc., U.S. Foodservice, Inc., New Bern Transportation, Knight Transportation, Mattheson Trucking, and Interstate Plumbing Co. He has also represented national insurance carriers and their insureds in both third-party and first-party actions, including AIG, AON, State Farm, Chubb, GEICO, Sentry Ins., and California Casualty. It was during these early trials that Kym honed his trial skills. In 2005, Kym’s Las Vegas firm merged with a large multinational law firm. Kym was instrumental in opening the firm’s new Las Vegas office. Three years later, Kym became an equity partner. Kym developed and successfully managed a multimillion-dollar book of business, the largest in the office and employed one-third of its attorneys and staff. After leaving the national firm Kym decided to join Dobberstein Law Group to provide more personal service from a small boutique law firm, while also providing more time to spend with his family. Kym has argued cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I am a first generation American. My parents were born and raised in Argentina so I have spoken Spanish since I first learned to speak. I graduated from Clark High School and received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from UNLV, I received my law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. During law school I was a member of the Law Review and elected as the Executive Editor of the International Law Journal. I graduated law school magna cum laude and in the top 4% of my class. I received the Am Jur Award for receiving the highest grade in my class for Criminal Procedure, Civil Procedure II, and Comparative Law. After graduating law school I took and passed the Nevada and California Bar examinations. Upon receiving my law license, I began working at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, a civil litigation law firm in Las Vegas. As an associate attorney I defended medical doctors and dentists in medical malpractice cases, manufacturers in products liability cases, and numerous diverse companies in personal injury cases. After a year and a half at Alverson & Taylor, I joined the Clark County Public Defender’s Office and spent twelve years representing thousands of indigent defendants in diverse criminal matters. My first two years at the Public Defender’s Office were spent working in the Juvenile Division. I handled thousands of juvenile delinquency cases, including contested hearings and adult certifications. I argued a juvenile appeal before the Nevada Supreme Court, which resulted in a published opinion and victory for my client: In re T.R., 119 Nev. 646 (2003). After two years in the Juvenile Division, I transferred to the adult office of the Public Defender’s Office and spent the next year two years handling felony, gross misdemeanor, and misdemeanor cases. Thereafter, I was assigned to the sexual assault team where I spent five years handling life sentence cases of sexual assault and lewdness with a child. My last three years at the Public Defender’s Office I worked exclusively handling murder and death penalty cases. Although my time at the Public Defender’s Office was very rewarding, my desire to create and build a top notch private law firm that could provide clients with unique and exceptional legal representation led me to establish the Nobles & Yanez Law Firm. Based on my diverse and extensive criminal and civil litigation experience, there are almost no type of cases that I have not personally handled.

Danielle is an associate attorney at Sgro & Roger, representing clients in a range of personal injury, criminal, and family law matters. She is devoted to helping her clients obtain the most favorable outcome in the resolution of their cases. Danielle joins the firm after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Eric Johnson in Department XX of the Eighth Judicial District Court. During her term, she assisted the Court render decisions in various civil and criminal matters. She also gained invaluable trial experience working on medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and felony cases.
