Stan was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. He is a former City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City and County of Broomfield. When he is not working, Stan enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and children.

Ronnie was born and raised in New York. He has always had a passion for the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Throughout high school, college, and law school he made many trips out west to spend time on the ski slopes. During that time he also discovered a love for business and the law. He attended Cornell University for their excellent business program, and received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Marketing in 1999. While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law he was able to spend a summer at the Central European University where he concentrated his studies on alternative dispute resolution techniques including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. He received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in alternative dispute resolution and intellectual property in 2003. With a law degree in hand, Ronnie moved to Colorado to be nearer to the mountains he loves. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2003. Since then, Ronnie has focused his legal career to assist clients in the areas of intellectual property (i.e., copyrights, trademarks, and patents), business, real estate, personal injury and probate law. When Ronnie is not working, he is happily enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer: skiing, mountain biking, tennis, white water rafting, and four-wheeling.

Dan has been practicing law since 1986. He began his career with the District Attorney’s Office followed by a term with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Later, he became in-house counsel for an OTC securities registered Broker / Dealer. Prior to the formation of Levin Jacobson Japha, P.C. he counseled clients in private practice for many years. Dan has extensive experience in and focuses his practice on counseling businesses and handling partnership disputes; corporate law; private placement financing; regulatory compliance; business succession matters; mergers, acquisitions; employment issues; corporate and regulatory compliance; health care provider law; wills, estate and probate administration matters; divorce, custody family law and domestic partnership issues; personal injury accidents; and administrative law matters. Accomplishments over his 30-year career include obtaining a multi-million dollar jury verdict against a major telecommunications company; obtaining a million-dollar business saving verdict on behalf of a family-owned metal fabricating company; achieving a six-figure settlement in a restaurant personal injury case involving dangerously hot coffee spilling on a customer; negotiating numerous multi-million dollar private placement financings, mergers and acquisitions; negotiating and litigating numerous company partnership disputes and settlements, and negotiating purchase, product and supply contracts on behalf of many prodigious businesses.

Fred A. Dunsing attended law school after employment in the E&C, software, and manufacturing industries. He attended school at night while working full-time during the day. Even though he attended school at night, he managed to gain a significant amount of client representation and trial experience through the Student Law Office operated by the University of Denver and sanctioned under Colorado law.{newline}{newline}After graduation, Fred practiced mainly in the areas of business organizations, criminal defense, civil litigation and family law. Fred currently maintains a litigation practice and limits that practice to family law, which he has done for nearly 20 years. Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs.
