Constance B. Woods, Attorney

Constance Boaz Woods joined Austin & Sparks in 2009.  Her practice is primarily concentrated in the area of insurance coverage where she provides insurance companies with advice and opinions regarding various coverage issues.  She also litigates insurance coverage issues on behalf of insurers and insureds.  Constance was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  She is a graduate of Girls' Preparatory School in Chattanooga and received her B.S. in Business Management, cum laude, from East Stroudsburg University.  Constance holds an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and spent 12 years in the corporate sector as a Human Resources Manager and Director prior to attending law school.  She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.  She and her husband Joe reside in Duluth, GA
