Michael J. Brady is a partner in and the Chairman of Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department. He received his B.A. in History and English from Ithaca College in 1978. He received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1982. Since he started practicing law in New York City in 1982, Mr. Brady has counseled business clients in all areas of commercial law including business planning and organization, financing, leasing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brady has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate ranging from sales and acquisitions to § 1031 exchanges. Mr. Brady also represents numerous national and local community banks in connection with commercial loan transactions of every nature. Mr. Brady is a founding Trustee of “It’s a Wonderful Life”, a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation and a former member of the Board of Directors of “Oasis: A Safe Haven for Women and Children”. Mr. Brady is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Arcola Country Club. Mr. Brady is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York (1982), the courts of the State of New Jersey (1985), and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1985). Judy focuses her practice on the defense of complex personal injury and significant property damage actions. With over two decades of experience in defending clients as a senior trial attorney for two major international insurance companies, she has successfully litigated major Labor Law, products liability, elevator, trucking, environmental and premises liability cases through trial. Judy zealously advocates her client’s position while keeping defense costs in mind. She has represented clients ranging from major construction companies, real estate management companies, product manufacturers, distributors, municipalities, hotels and major retailers to small retail chains, pharmacies, and small businesses. Judy strongly believes that a high quality defense can be provided in a cost effective manner. To that end, she regularly meets with clients to fully understand their business needs and develop a resolution strategy that includes dispositive motions, pursuing risk transfer, mediations, and trials. She understands the importance of pre-litigation investigation and the early retention of experts, which can be key to mounting a successful defense. In addition to her position as a senior trial attorney, she was a Labor Law Team Leader for AIG Staff Counsel, providing insight and supervision to the Labor Law attorneys, and conducting seminars. During her sixteen years at AIG, Judy was tapped to become the Head of the Property Subrogation Practice Group and established the subrogation practice in New York and California. Prior to her tenure at AIG, she was a senior trial attorney for Zurich North America, where she successfully defended medical malpractice, Labor Law, premises liability, motor vehicle and major property damage cases. While at Zurich, Judy created and managed the subrogation practice involving fire loss, building collapse, explosions, water damage, legal fee and worker’s compensation lien recovery, and nofault loss transfer. Judy was recognized throughout the company for her expertise in the field of no-fault loss transfer. Prior to her defense practice, Judy spent fourteen years as a plaintiff’s attorney for two major plaintiff’s firms, concentrating her practice on Labor Law, medical malpractice, premises liability, and trucking accidents. Her unique insight into how the other side thinks has made her a firm believer in the “know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em” strategy when resolving cases.

David M. Repetto is a Co-Managing Partner of Harwood Lloyd, LLP. Mr. Repetto practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, concentrating on probate litigation. Mr. Repetto’s practice also includes business counseling, commercial litigation and land use and zoning law. Mr. Repetto received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Fairfield University in 1979. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1983. In 1982 he attended the Institute on International and Comparative Law at Magdalen College, Oxford University, where he studied international law and business. Mr. Repetto is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1983), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1983) and the United States Supreme Court (2016). He is a New Jersey Court Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator. Mr. Repetto clerked for the Hon. Charles R. DiGisi, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County during the 1983 – 1984 term. He also served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s office (1984 – 1985). Mr. Repetto is a Member of The President’s Council of The Valley Hospital (2012 – present); is the former General Counsel to the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (2008 – 2013); is presently a member of the Board of Directors, Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (2013 – present); is counsel to the Northwest Bergen Central Dispatch (2008 – 2018) and is the former General Counsel to the Northern New Jersey Council of the Boy Scouts of America (2009 – 2013). Kevin J. Conyngham is a partner in Harwood Lloyd’s General Litigation and Insurance Litigation Departments. Mr. Conyngham’s primary areas of practice are Insurance Coverage litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation. Mr. Conyngham received his B.A. in Economics from Fordham University in 1987. He received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1991. He has been a trial attorney in New Jersey for over 30 years. He was a partner at Zimmerer, Murray, Conyngham and Kunzier before joining Harwood Lloyd as a Partner in 2023. Mr. Conyngham is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has successfully argued over 20 cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court, including the reported decision of Parks v. Rogers 176 N.J. 491 (2003). Mr. Albert has been dedicated to representing clients in premises liability, automobile, trucking, workplace accident, property damage, and wrongful death cases in New York and New Jersey. Many cases have involved Fortune 500 and large municipal clients. His career has also included serving as Managing Attorney at a busy New Jersey law firm, as well as a Partner at a well respected New York defense firm. In that capacity, aside from handling a large book of cases and the firm’s appeals, he was privileged to serve as a trial mentor, and the in-house Legal Education director and instructor. He has also served as Senior Insurance Defense Counsel in complicated construction accidents featuring catastrophic injuries, complex commercial construction defect cases, contractual indemnification claims, and scaffold/ladder Labor Law cases. Secondary experience has included medical and pharmaceutical malpractice, employment law, workers compensation, and criminal defense. Mr. Albert has served as second and first chair on multiple jury trials, featured in the New Jersey Law Journal. Mr. Albert has argued and won numerous appeals.

Mr. Albohm’s primary areas of practice are in Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Estate and Gift Tax Matters. Mr. Albohm counsels clients and helps them design and realize both appropriate and realistic estate planning goals. In the complicated area of Estate and Trust Administration, Mr. Albohm provides a level of skill, which can help minimize taxes and maximize the amount of wealth passing to family. Mr. Albohm received an AB in Economics from Rutgers College, and his Juris Doctor with Distinction from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He did post graduate studies in taxation at New York University Law School, New York, New York. Richard W. LeBlancq is a partner in Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department concentrating in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, real estate lending, workouts, closely-held businesses, land use and development, and real estate tax appeals. Mr. LeBlancq has been with Harwood Lloyd since 1984. Mr. LeBlancq received his B.A. in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame in 1973. He received his J.D. from Seton Law School in 1981. Mr. LeBlancq was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the Bergen County District IIB Fee Arbitration Committee, and served as the Chairman of Bergen County District IIB Fee Arbitration Committee. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Allendale Sports Alliance. He served as counsel to the Northeast Jersey Bankers Association from 1990-1999. Mr. LeBlancq is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1982) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1982). Mr. LeBlancq is a member of the Hudson-Bergen Inn of Transactional Counsel. Mr. LeBlancq is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association.

Gregory C. Ein is Counsel to Harwood Lloyd, LLP’s , Wills, Trusts and Estates Group. An experienced litigator, he assists clients with estate and fiduciary litigation, guardianships and other trust and estate controversies. His experience also includes probate litigation, contested guardianships, special medical guardianships, and electroconvulsive therapy applications. Prior to joining Harwood Lloyd, Gregory was a trust and estates associate at a Northern New Jersey law firm. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bonnie Mizdol, A.J.S.C. (ret.), New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County. Gregory was honored at New Jersey Court’s 5th Annual Judiciary Attorney Pro Bono Recognition for his outstanding pro bono legal services. Gregory has also received a New Jersey Judiciary Certificate in Mediation, and is heavily involved in the Bergen County Bar Association.

Eva Signore is Counsel to Harwood Lloyd’s Insurance Litigation Department, focusing on premises liability, automobile negligence, products liability, social host liability and claims against public entities. A seasoned trial attorney, Ms. Signore spent over a decade as the primary litigator for Bergen County Counsel, defending the County in a wide range of civil matters. She also served as a Bergen County Assistant Prosecutor, where she single-handedly handled domestic violence weapons forfeitures, expungements and Krol hearings. Her diverse background –spanning civil, criminal, matrimonial law and municipal law, gives her a sharp well-rounded perspective in every case she handles.
