Attorney Lena Ghianni is a native San Diegan. Defense lawyer, Ashby C. Sorensen was born and raised in Virginia just outside of our nation’s capital, Washington, D.C.. He is a graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Ashby later moved further West and settled in North County San Diego, California. He then studied law at California Western School of Law in San Diego. While in law school, Ashbyworked as an agent and advisor to many of the world’s top professional snowboarders, surfers and skateboarders. Josh Green is a former federal prosecutor who joined the Auto Fraud Legal Center LLP in 2023. Josh served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California for more than seventeen years. Josh was the Chief of the Majors Frauds and Public Corruption Section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and he has considerable experience prosecuting cases involving deceptive, fraudulent, and predatory practices.

Gregory T. Babbitt received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A., Political Science, 1993) and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 1997). While in law school, Mr. Babbitt clerked for California Court of Appeal, Associate Justice Richard D. Huffman. Mr. Babbitt has dedicated his career as a California lemon attorney to protecting consumers.
