When I got married, I didn’t expect to need a divorce attorney. My life was in ruins when I went to the Bagley Law Firm, but Charles was there for me. Great attorney. I couldn’t have done it without him and Yazmine.

I used the services of Brian Bagley and his team. I expected a professional to handle my case. I felt I was being targeted by retaliation of a police officer who held a personal grudge against me and used his position to incriminate me on bogus charges. I gave Brian Bagley and his team $7500 for what might lead to a felony trial. There was no felony and no trial. Only a misdemeanor that was handled without trial. I was advised to take the deal that was offered, which I did. I feel that the $7500 which I paid to the firm was outrageous and unnecessary. Horrible experience!!! They did not help me at all just took all my money. I will never go back or recommend this place to no one!!! Absolutely a disgrace! I would rate this place a zero if I could. Charles Liken is a joke!

Tim Bagley basically saved our lives. Everyone at the firm was always kind and helpful. Tim got us the best deal possible for my partner. He communicated with us consistently and clearly and was patient and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. For Jefferson county, I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job for us than Tim did!

My experience with this firm has been nothing but bad. I believe they use their assistants to file paperwork and do most of the legwork, but then they charge you the senior attorney's outrageous fees. I had to request that my attorney withdraw from my case and I kindly asked her NOT to do anything else on my behalf. Then somehow she managed to find another $2000 to charge me. Of course I never received a copy of this mysterious $2000 invoice until I asked for it. I'm almost positive she just made it up so she didn't have to return my retainer. VERY unprofessional and they're 100% out to get your money.
