Daniel has represented our HOA for the last 18 to 24 months. During this time, Mr. Kopec has been dishonest and has given our Board terrible advice that has led to nearly $10,000.00 in legal fees. He has denied alternative dispute resolution to and has filed bogus complaints against homeowners. This firm should not be trusted.
