Dra Imaging PC

Usually never had a problem here. I checked in at 10:25 for a 10:50 appointment, was sent upstairs to wait. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes with no communication from anyone, a nice lady at the desk who works for another company went back and found no one available. I went back down to office and spoke to receptionist. She called upstairs and couldn't give me a reason as to what happened. I rescheduled, hopefully will be better next visit.

I had a Mammography and Cat scan. Check in was very easy and they were all friendly. Both technicians were very efficient and friendly. The Mamo tech was excellent, very supportive as we chuckled a real cheerleader. Bravo for her.

Scheduling was a little off, as I had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time. Otherwise everything was fine, once in the mri I had 2 tests and was in and out in 15 minutes. Staff, especially technician was efficient and friendly.

marie in the check for ultrasound and radiology was so kind and sweet. everyone in the building was friendly and professional.

The nicest part about my experience was the lady who did the intake of my information, I have yet to have a good experience with technicians or medical staff associated with the Vassar brothers system and this imaging center was no different. The ultrasound tech was unprofessional and didn’t seem knowledgeable. I had an unpleasant experience.
