Very unprofessional. I hired Tyler Everett to handle a parenting plan case, he continuously ignored my requests and concerns. His paralegal was also very rude and disregarded any and all concerns I had. He lied about there being no police report, but when I called the department myself they happily emailed me the information I needed. He constantly referenced his parents divorce when I expressed concerns about my case, very lazy lawyer who is just looking for an easy check. Do not recommend if you want serious results in your legal matters.

It's my opinion Tyler was working for the other side. Never doing anything for me. Took my money and then took some more. It's also my opinion he even made some of this billing hours.

Michael and his team helped my mother through a difficult and confusing time in her life. Every question and problem she had was met with understanding, consideration, honesty and it was all done promptly. He and his staff are knowledgeable, organized and truly understand the compassion necessary to meet the needs of their clients. We have extended family members that have used him in the past and each time the results of the cases were of a desired outcome and preformed fairly.

I hired Everett Law after meeting with them and feeling confident about my case. After hiring them and getting my case started, I found them to be very unprofessional. Everett took my money with very little results. Upon hiring Tyler as my attorney, I found I had no legal defense. If the opposing party threatened something, my lawyer would turn that threat towards me. I was threatened with lies on multiple occasions. There was a conflict of interest that my lawyer should have notified me of, however, I was informed of the conflict of interest after hiring the firm by a third party. When bringing this up to my lawyer, I was told it is a small town and the conflict would not be a problem. With the “legal defense” I was given, the rude treatment I received, it was obvious the conflict had definitely become a problem. After many issues arising from my lawyers office, I found new counsel. I primarily dealt with the legal assistant only, and when I received my final bill, I was billed for lawyer fees instead of legal assistant fees.
