They wouldn't return my call. Not very professional if you ask me

They got the job done but took almost a full year because of one lawyer leaving and a new lawyer started the case. They kept the charges from the old lawyer even though the new one working the case charged for the same actions. I was charged for EVERY email and phone call no matter if it was 5 minutes or 15 minutes. In my mind...updates from your lawyer shouldn't be charged to you...it's just good etiquette.
