I had the worst experience with this company I do not recommend doing business with K&P . Very unprofessional and frustrating company . No communication with my attorney the entire time dealing with my case . I called to check up on my case more than they called me . Even left voicemails to get a call back will never receive a call updating me on my case . I’m relieved this process is over and do not have to deal with this company anymore. The employees that did not take me or my case serious and do not recommend working with Taylor Gibson , Jimmie Gonzalez, and Kevin Rooms

I am currently dealing with them after my accident and I hope I never have to deal with them again. They are horrible with communicating. They avoid and ignore calls. Depending on the case, they treat you like yours is less important. I’ve called, left voicemails, emails and no response! Also they lie on the progress of your case or the lack there of. I wish someone would have warned me before continuing with them!

I had the pleasure of working with Carol Delgado. She is a Reductions Specialist and did a wonderful job with keeping me informed about my case. I was able to email her with any questions I had and she responded promptly. When she sent out an email regarding my case, she called me to verify if I had received it. I had a silent period where there was no communication between the attorneys and I due to staff change but Carol came in and picked up the ball where it had been dropped. This is why I give this review 4 stars

They seem so concerned when they’re trying to gain your business. I have done everything they have asked of me, including obtaining the bills and records for my two younger children. The rushed me to get this stuff and told me they were trying to go to the demand table. It’s been seven(7) months. My case manager, Scarlett Oliveira sucks ant communicating. She just does not respond, this is my second case manager and nothing seems to be moving. I pray to God I’m not in this predicament again, I would definitely go with a different company.
