Natalie Andrews was a wonderful attorney to work with. She was organized, confident, reassuring, and always prepared. Natalie was very strategic throughout the case, always having a plan A but also backup options. She explained her choices to us in a way that made sense. She also knew what was important to the prosecutor and judge in getting things resolved and stayed focused on that. She was clearly respected by the other attorneys each time she walked into the room, but she's also the kind of person who knew the people working at the door and made it a point to say hello to them. I felt like she was efficient with her time and didn't run up the bill unnecessarily. She and Sean were compassionate and understanding during what was a tremendously stressful time. Natalie Andrews was recommended to us by a trusted attorney friend and she exceeded expectations. This was for an extremely serious charge...I can not overstate how serious. The outcome was exactly as we hoped and it was dismissed in a timeframe that she suggested it may be. I'm told that is very fast for this type of charge. Court observations would be that she was very prepared for each hearing, it was clear that she was respected by the judge and county attorney, she seemed to care personally if we win. Note to anyone going through this for the first time like we did...this is going to suck for awhile. I was not prepared for how hard it would be. If you are like me, you are going to have doubts/questions about the approach that the attorney has planned. Natalie was able to explain everything in a way that made sense to me, and I still had doubts at times due to the seriousness of the charge. She never overpromised and she would only promise something if it was 100% certain, which I appreciated. General observation of the justice system in Douglas County is that it seemed to me to be very broken, I was shocked how unfair some things are. I will say that if you end up with Natalie as your attorney, she is very experienced at working in this environment, so you can be confident that you will have your best chance at a fair outcome.

Sean is an excellent criminal defense attorney. Very glad I chose him to represent me. I had a very complicated and unique federal case and he was able to negotiate with the government and get me a favorable plea bargain under the sentencing guidelines. He always kept me informed as to what was happening and always returned my calls and answered my emails when my family or I had questions. He never made guarantees and always told me of all possible outcomes.

Definitely will use Mr. Chandler again if the need arises. He helped me so much. The process was a long one and he was there to answer any questions that I had every step of the way. Very good at keeping me up to date when he received new info on my case.
