Correct per below comments. Website registration fails. Documentation provided when someone (sold my loan to this company) is poor and probably initially setup prior to my birth, and their automated call routing system has numerous flaws. Even if they made a penny off my loan, they should probably sell everything as it seems they couldn't meet customer demands and scale their application correctly. Enterprise application flaws just means they cannot manage money correctly.
I am really surprised with all the negative comments. My loan was with loan care for over three years and I've never had any difficulty with them. They were always professional and responsive to anything I needed. I honestly can't remember one issue that I had with the company. I would definitely use them again
Can't even get hold of them to make a payment. Web site won't let me create an account. Called three times, setup auto draft. Called on the first and they say they have no record of any of my calls or auto draft. Gave them the ticket number I had them create for me and they just hung up on me. What am I supposed to do? I can't pay my loan! Premia Relocation Mortgage screwed me by selling to this company. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH.
Worst company I've ever experienced. I sent them a revised tax bill 10 months ago and called them 6 times with e-mails that had a copy of the revised tax bill and no one ever responded. I finally got the answer that I had to show them the tax bill from this year in order for them to revise it. Called the tax accessor and no one can get that information until November! Finally talked to a supervisor and never heard anything back until one day I got a letter in the mail stating my monthly payment had been lowered and I had an overage in my escrow account. So relived it was finally resolved. A few days later I got another letter saying I was delinquent on paying my loan and my credit went down 100 points. I have ALWAYS paid my loan on time. Now I have to fight that accusation. I am SO done with this company! BBB will be hearing from me.
If I could give a negative I would. 2 times they have not performed their duties as a loan company. First time they did not pay my insurance through my paid in escrow account. The policy lapsed and I had to call and call them. They still would not tell me why. I had to pay it myself. I did get off their escrow scheme situation and from then on paid my own insurance and taxes. Now, I paid off my home this past June and still have not received any notice that my county received the paperwork ! I am on the line now with a customer rep who has placed me on hold. Now they want me to take a survey! Oh great I am now disconnected! I am beginning to think fraud. The county still shows that they hold the lien. When I call I can't get back to the same service rep/supervisor. Oh great I have now learned that they sent my paperwork to the other side of the state..Madison County???? Did they not read the deed or loan papers????? I did not write my loan with them. My bank sold the loan to them on whatever marketplace! So please do not think I chose such an incompetent institution.
