Couldn’t even get the receptionist to take a message to have someone call me back on questions regarding my own citizenship. It was explained to me that because I was born here and the case would not involve an immigrant, they would not be able to help. Maybe she missed the point that citizenship probably would be a significant part of the legal teams’ base of understanding. Total call time was under 30seconds.

Very Unprofessional! Tried to get in touch with Mr. Lewis several times not only by email but also over the phone. They have never responded to my email and I was so disappointed when the assistant over the phone told me to ask anything i wanted on Facebook, I mean how unprofessional! I don't have a Facebook page in the first place and I'm not going to display my personal information on Social Media. Won't recommend.

I don't know where to start! Neil was a heaven sent to us in a really rough time. My husband is currently going through this horrible immigration process and to say it's been a roller coaster is an understatement. We had a bad experience with an immigration lawyer who just ended up taking all of our savings and not doing any work. I was hesitant to go through this process again. However, after much research and even reaching out to some of Neil's previous clients I was sure he was the one. He instantly made my husband and I feel comfortable and gave us a raw breakdown of what to expect and what he could do with us. What made me feel great was he actually gave us options! Neil and his staff has made this process seamless and they have made our stress level decrease so much. As long as you do you part they take it the rest of the way and keep you feeling at ease with such a stressful process. My husband and called called the office every week as we were so nervous with the process. His staff was so nice and patient with us and answered all of our questions. Now my husband has his work card and drivers license and recently went on his first out of state business trip. Now are are just waiting for the next step. Thank you Neil and his staff for how great you all are and for remaining to be transparent in a process so daunting.

Good luck getting to speak to Mr. Lewis himself.....just get used to talking to his secretaries as they screen calls after screening and more screening.....He is available to you when you are inquiring to hire him, after that, nope.....good luck!
