After a brief explanation of my circumstances I was told something to the effect of "I know $325 is a lot of money up front just for a consult, but we try not to call people in unless we think there is a strong basis for a case..." With that confidence I scheduled an appointment and paid the $325 prior to meeting the attorney. Now I understand. My 1 hour consult ended with me saying "wow, it sounds like you would have no reason at any point to think I had a legal case based on my initial summary over the phone... I wish you would have saved me the $325 and told me that over the phone instead of scheduling an appointment..." The attorney didn't reply to that, he just gathered his things and stood up looking at me to let me know our session was over.

Very honest, humble, and respectable attorney. Is straightforward with potential outcomes, and helped to reach an ammicable resolution between the two parties. Would recommend!
