I wouldn’t recommend this Lawfirm. I had a case that happened back in 2018, I’m aware that these case are time consuming however in the process I expect for my attorney to communicate with me. This case went through litigation and I haven’t been able to talk to him regarding my case since. It’s now 2023 and I’ve called his Lawfirm over the last 5 months and been pushed away. He took his portion of the money and called it quits.

The Reed Law Firm provided great service and Mr. Reed was an excellent client advocate. He was professional, responsive and made me feel my case was important. I highly recommend The Reed Law Firm for your legal needs.

I have not had the privilege of using Attorney Reed but I have known him from his childhood and can attest to his character. Mr. Reed is compassionate, thoughtful, professional, positive and exhibits a willingness to exert the necessary energy to do an effective and efficient job. He listens and thinks before speaking the truth as he sees it.

Would not recommend. Bad business overall. Bad communication the entire time my case was open. The receptionist has no phone etiquette. She didn’t even remember who she was speaking to. Reed gives you the run around until you get agitated. I was told to come get my check & I would get a confirmation. No call back. I had to call them. I had to get my own medical records. I basically did my own reductions and they made more money than me. According to them the client makes more. A lie. Highly disappointed.

I had an open and shut case because when I was in my accident, I had my dash cam as video evidence. I went to 6 other law firms and they all wanted a large percentage of my settlement. When I finally found The Reed Law Firm, Mr. Reed made sure that not only was I able to keep a large portion of the settlement, but he made sure that the insurance company paid for my medical bills and lost wages. I definitely came out on top in this case. If I'm ever in need of representation again, The Reed Law Firm will be my first stop next time.
