They literally sent me a letter for a debt that I not only DO NOT owe, it's for an account I never had. It's not even on my credit report either. They need to double check who they're harassing before the send out mail. People who do not know better may end up paying a debt for thousands of dollars that they do not owe. Please carefully read any mail you have from them.

Was just treated like crap from this group! They’re garnishing my wages through court order I have NEVER received. I’ve lived in Florida for the past 2.5 years this “law firm” was sending me mail and court order to an old address in Maryland. I only found out through my employer. When I called and attempted to make arrangements I was treated RUDLY and Disrespectful as if I was a piece of trash. The unfortunate debt is from my ex-wife that I co-signed for and am incurring. This account had been transferred 3 times to my knowledge, and paperwork. I see that their website says “We want to understand your situation and work with you to resolve your account.” That’s complete untrue! As a law school graduate and disabled veteran, I will have to explore alternative options for these law firm. Unless they’d like to treat me like a human being and discuss arrangements.

If you owe money just call them there the nicest people in the world , don't be rude to them , and get a payment plan I was scared at first but it's been pleasant, they'll work with you , allways pay by money order and get them to stamp the receipt and write the balance owed left with there signature. As long as you communicate with them and show initiative that your paying it won't be any problems

I received a wage garnishment letter and was scared to call due to past collection experiences. I spoke to Justine and she was the sweetest person. She showed so much kindness and understanding and never once talked down to me like I have had happen in the past. She was able to put me on a reasonable payment plan. This meant more to me than she will ever know!! Thank you Justine!!!

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Klima, Peters & Daly, P.A. due to their unprofessional and unethical business practices. In my experience, the company's representatives, including its director, Mr. Sean Kennedy, have demonstrated unprofessional and inappropriate behavior when handling customer concerns. Mr. Kennedy, in particular, has been extremely rude and unprofessional in his interactions. His approach, along with the company’s overall conduct, reflects a lack of respect and fairness toward customers. Additionally, their debt collection practices appear to be aggressive and improper, creating an unnecessarily hostile experience for those they are dealing with. I believe these practices are unacceptable, and I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter. Consumers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns.
