Terrible law firm to work with. We treated one of their patients. We provide the firm with a breakdown of the first 2 months of care so that everyone is aware of the financial obligations. During the treatment of their client we communicated the need for additional evaluations, an MRI. They never got back to us. We finally closed the case and provided the law firm with the medical records and invoices. All along the law firm was aware of our invoices and then they settled the case two years later and pretty much paid us nothing. And then wanted to reduce the amount and we had to contact them multiple times to discuss why they told us that our invoices were fine during the treatment, but when the case was closed they paid a 10th of our fees.
