Not a good gal in my opinion had a bad case with being a child in my custody...would not recommend on child gal cases I would think about it real hard

I hired him cause Martinsville Motors sold me a car with a rebuilt title. No sooner did he send the email giving them the option to buy my car back or we take it to court, did they call wanting my car back! He was constantly in contact and told me when I wouldn't be able to reach him. You ever need help with a car dealer ship selling you a lemon call him he is good!!!
Mr. Moseley is very compassionate and fights vigorously for each individual. He asks for input and allows you to have a say on your case which allows one to reach the best outcomes. I highly recommend him and his office, he is definitely a fighter.
So not professional, he doesn’t wanna pick up your calls, unfortunately I was referred to him by the Virginia Lawyer Bar. Had to pay $35 for that would cover an additional 30 mins after a free of charge 30min consultation. He literally never talked to me for more than one minute, the three times that I reached out. Worst customer service!! Oh and let me mention how the guy wants to talk about his fees without even engaging with you or your case. I wish I could give mine 10 stars rating but it’s not possible. So thanks google for this platform. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
