Amazing law firm that goes the extra mile for their clients! My daughter and I were represented by attorney Andrew Burnett for a bad accident that truly upended our lives. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and was able to navigate through complex issues with ease. A true master of his craft, and one of the nicest guys out there. The staff is phenomenal! I was involved in an auto accident in 2018; I was dealing with an insurance company adjuster and I felt things weren’t being explained to me and I was just flustered. A co-worker previously used Potter Law so I immediately reached out for help. I spoke initially with Andrew. He helped me so much in the beginning. He was very helpful in explaining how everything worked. In the end Suzanne took on my case. She was an absolute blessing. She/the office kept me informed. I never felt the need to call for a status because I was getting updates all the time. When mediation/meetings would come up, we would discuss any of my concerns/fears/apprehension and ultimately I walked away happy with the case/settlement. I would recommend this office 100,000 times over, but hope I never have to use them again :)
