Mr. Cooper is the founding partner of the firm. He graduated from Vermont Law School with a J.D. in 1995, where he was an Editor of the Vermont Law Review. During his career as a litigator for over twenty (20) years, he has handled thousands of cases from inception through disposition. He has practiced in New York State Supreme Court, the Appellate Divisions of the New York Supreme Court, and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has also argued before the New York State’s highest court, the New York Court of Appeals. Mr. Cooper has lectured on the topic of wage theft in New York at LaGuardia Community College. Since he formed Cilenti & Cooper, PLLC in 2009, Mr. Cooper’s practice has been largely devoted to representing individuals who are unable to pay for the services of an attorney.

MARK L. KALISH is a founding partner of Moss & Kalish, PLLC. Mark is a 1975 graduate of Brooklyn Law School with honors. Like Gary, Mark has broad experience in the field of general corporate, commercial, and real estate litigation. In this area, Mark has served as counsel in federal litigation to bond holders who suffered financial losses as a result of a massive sovereign default by the Republic of Argentina. Mark has also served as a legal advisor to a partnership involved in the development of a 1.5 billion dollar undersea fiber optic cable venture and counseled clients in corporate and real estate matters. Mark has had extensive involvement in various not-for-profit organizations, serving as President of the Brandeis School, a private day school located in Lawrence, New York, and President of Congregation Sons of Israel, located in Woodmere, New York.

Mr. Connor D. Deverell earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in French from the College of Charleston in 2009. He went on to receive his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012. While in law school, he served on the editorial board for the Loyola Law Review, and published the case note, “Defining A Corporation's ‘Principal Place Of Business’: The United States Supreme Court's Decision In Hertz Corp. V. Friend.” Mr. Deverell participated in numerous legal internships and volunteer activities, both in college and in law school. While studying abroad in Australia, he assisted refugees in obtaining residency and work visas as a volunteer for C.A.S.E. Law Firm for Refugees. As a law clerk for a legal services organization, he aided the homeless in securing public assistance. He also interned at a national healthcare law firm and a public defender’s office before becoming a project attorney at an international law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Deverell was an associate attorney for a disability and personal injury law firm prior to joining Disability Justice. He advocated for clients’ Social Security disability benefits in more than 900 hearings before administrative law judges..

Jaime Santana, Jr. is a New York-based lawyer focused on high-stakes criminal defense and personal injury matters. As a former judge and founder of Santana Law Partners, Jaime has two decades of experience securing positive results for accident victims and defendants accused of serious crimes.

Lance’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, arbitration, and complex litigation, with a special emphasis on crypto assets, securities fraud, antitrust, and commercial contracts. As a former assistant federal public defender in Puerto Rico and along the U.S.-Mexico border, Lance managed over 100 felony cases at a time, in addition to working on several appeals. This built on his federal district court clerkship with the Honorable Judge Andrew Carter, Jr. in the Southern District of New York. Before joining Dynamis, Lance ran large-scale complex, global litigation, arbitration and investigations at two prominent law firms in New York. He has an extensive background working with national regulatory bodies such as the DOJ, SEC, OFAC, and CFTC, as well local and state authorities, and even worked in-house at the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (Mexican Stock Exchange). In New York, for example, Lance oversaw cases involving well-known securities fraud claims valued at $203 million for Morgan Stanley, as well as a related DOJ investigation that resulted in a $2.6 billion settlement. Lance is completing both the MBA and Graduate Diploma in Compliance programs at the Pontifical Catholic University in Santiago, Chile and brings a critical global business lens and client-side perspective to every matter he handles. He regularly advises multinational companies and startups in Latin America on a range of legal and strategy topics related to compliance, risk mitigation and data privacy. He is a fluent Spanish speaker with a working proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and has a deep understanding of Latin America legal practice and cross-border work, due to his professional experience in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Puerto Rico and working with clients in the UK, China and India.

Mr. Goidel is a partner in the law firm of Goidel & Siegel, LLP, which he and Andrew Siegel co-founded in 1990. Prior to the founding of Goidel & Siegel, Mr. Goidel was associated with several prestigious international law firms. At Goidel & Siegel, he focuses on the prosecution of product liability and personal injury cases. He has tried cases to verdict in nearly every trial court in New York City and has argued appeals in the Appellate Divisions of both the First and Second Judicial Departments. Mr. Goidel graduated from Hamilton College in 1983. In 1986, he graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review. He has served as a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Committee on Young Lawyers and the Committee on Eastern European Affairs. He has served as an arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Court. Mr. Goidel is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Brianna is an experienced litigator with expertise in high value, complex disputes involving antitrust, fraud, cryptoassets, unfair business practices, trade secrets, commercial contracts, real estate, partnerships, trusts and estates, fiduciary removal suits, and defamation. She has also spent a significant amount of time counseling private clients in more personal matters, including civil harassment restraining orders, tax planning, business formation, and other complex business areas. Brianna puts her years of studying the complexity and interrelationship of legal, social, and ethical issues to use throughout her practice and, therefore, brings a practical but personable approach to business and legal issues.

Martin Garbus has a diverse practice that consists of individuals and companies involved in politics, media, entertainment, and the arts. His courtroom skills have earned him a distinguished reputation as a trial lawyer. Mr. Garbus is experienced in every aspect of litigation and trial, from jury selection to cross-examination to summation. He has argued cases throughout the country involving constitutional, criminal, copyright, and intellectual property law. He has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, as well as trial and appellate courts throughout the United States. He has argued and written briefs that have been submitted to the United States Supreme Court; a number of which have resulted in changes in the law on a nationwide basis, including one described by Justice William Brennan as "probably the most important due process case in the Twentieth Century." An international observer in foreign elections, he was selected by President Jimmy Carter to observe and report on the elections in Venezuela and Nicaragua. Mr. Garbus also participated in drafting several constitutions and foreign laws, including the Czechoslovak constitution. He also has been involved in prisoner exchange negotiations between governments. He is the author of six books and over 30 articles in The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Los Angeles Times. Mr. Garbus is featured in Shouting Fire, an award-winning documentary film about his life and career. He received the Fulbright Award for his work on International Human Rights in 2010. In 2014, University College Dublin's' Literary and Historical Society honored Mr. Garbus with the James Joyce Award for Excellence in Law, which is also the same year Trinity College awarded him for his human rights and free speech work. Mr. Garbus has also taught trial practice at Yale Law School and Constitutional law at Columbia. He has also taught classes in Beijing, China, and Prague, Czech Republic. He has lived and practiced in China and Italy as well as the United States. He authored six books and numerous articles that have appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times and numerous legal publications. Mr. Garbus has given hundreds of speeches on various aspects of law before Bar Associations, corporations, law schools, and on CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, and other television and radio networks. Paul F.
