Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Wrongful death of a 76 year old woman, who tripped and fell on the floor in a supermarket. The floor was decrepit and the mat on it was not adhered to the floor, causing her to trip and fall, banging her face on the hard flooring. She died that night at a local hospital. Case was hard fought over two years, resulting a a favorable seven figure result for her surviving spouse and adult child.
