Karolina S. Arthur is an Attorney and has been with Emery | Reddy, PC since 2017. Karolina began her career practicing Intellectual Property Law in the Seattle area. Prior to working at Emery | Reddy, Karolina spent 10 years with Bar/Bri Bar Review preparing students for the WA, OR, AK, MT bar exams. It was her experience helping students and managing teams of reps that have helped her in her role at Emery | Reddy where she manages the Workers’ Compensation team in the Seattle office. Karolina strives for the just treatment and full healing of all of our Clients, and her care for individuals shines through in her work. Karolina brings her organizational skills, deep knowledge of the legal industry, and eye for career development and training to Emery | Reddy. With her leadership, the Workers’ Comp teams has helped thousands of injured workers.

Paul Cipriani Jr. is an Associate at Emery | Reddy, PC who litigates employment matters throughout Washington state. Paul started with Emery | Reddy in 2018 as a member of our intake team, where he became passionate about workers’ rights and Employment Law issues.

Rachel Moore is an Associate at Emery Reddy. Her practice focuses on employment law and involves class action and appellate litigation. Rachel’s decision to become an attorney was born out of a desire to use the law as a tool in the fight against social injustice, systemic inequality, and institutionalized discrimination. She is passionate about bringing power to the people and holding corporations accountable. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel practiced at a local plaintiffs’ firm and clerked for the Honorable Anne M. Cruser in the Washington State Court of Appeals. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys skiing, trail running, cycling, throwing pottery, and swimming in Lake Washington with her dog.

Awad M. Zitawi-Vázquez is a personal injury attorney with extensive experience in both pre-suit and litigation, representing clients in Florida and Puerto Rico. Over his career, he has successfully managed hundreds of cases from beginning to end, including negotiations, mediations, depositions, and hearings. What truly distinguishes Mr. Zitawi-Vázquez is his ability to listen carefully to his clients and understand not only their cases, but also their personal struggles. He believes that the attorney-client relationship begins with genuine communication and respect. Many clients describe him as approachable, empathetic, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Mr. Zitawi-Vázquez graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2011, where he also tutored law students and contributed to the Journal of Puerto Rico Law. He later earned a Master’s Degree in Litigation and Alternative Methods, further developing his courtroom skills and advocacy strategies. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is proud to serve a diverse community in Central Florida. His goal is always to achieve the best possible results while guiding clients through the legal process with patience and clarity. Outside the courtroom, Awad is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his son, practicing martial arts, and playing chess. He is also passionate about technology and creative writing, with a growing interest in artificial intelligence and legal innovation. Mr. Zitawi-Vázquez’s approach to law is rooted in compassion, preparation, and service. He strives not only to obtain justice for accident victims, but also to ensure they feel heard, valued, and supported every step of the way.

Prior to his joining Emery Reddy, PC, James served as counsel to a marketing firm in the financial space and as ethics counsel to a law firm. Earlier, he held a post within the Utah Attorney General’s Office, where he practiced in the Criminal and Civil Appeals divisions and regularly presented oral argument before the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court. In addition, he argued routinely before the Federal District Court of Utah and argued before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His responsibilities also included representing the State of Utah in habeas corpus and post-conviction litigation in both state and federal courts. In his capacity as legislative counsel, James drafted the state’s original open records statute and contributed to the development of court rules and statutory frameworks governing post-conviction remedies.
