His article, “Torts – Medical Malpractice – Wrongful Life Claim Not Cognizable But Wrongful Birth Claim Allows Recovery For Emotional Trauma Suffered By Parents,” was published in the Rutgers Law Review in 1980. Mr. Gossé was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1981. He also practices in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Thomas Gossé served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Camden County from 1982-1985. From 1985-1988, he worked as an Associate Attorney with Archer and Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
