 A native of Long Island, New York, Mr. Mincone graduated from James Madison University (B.B.A., 2008) with a degree in Finance and Business Law.  He then returned to New York to obtain his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate by attending night programs while working full-time for several Fortune-500 companies, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance.

Beginning his legal career at a boutique firm in New York, he focused on civil, business, real estate, corporate law, and trusts/estates.  After gaining experience in these areas, he then moved to Miami to work as an in-house attorney for GEICO doing insurance defense, defending insured drivers from pre-suit through trial.  This position allowed Mr. Mincone to gain invaluable insight as to the inner workings of insurance companies and how to best maximize the strengths and minimize the weaknesses of injury cases for his clients.

After years of working as an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Mincone moved to Tampa to join the Plaintiff’s firm Pawlowski//Mastrilli Law Group, and switched to the other side of the aisle, focusing on representation of insured parties in personal injury civil litigation.  After many years and over a thousand clients represented in personal injury cases, Mr. Mincone decided it was time to open Mincone Law Group, allowing for the ultimate flexibility to represent his clients in the best and most efficient ways possible.  In addition to running his own firm, Mr. Mincone is also of-counsel to Vinson Law, a high quality and well known boutique firm in Tampa, focusing on Personal Injury Litigation.

Mr. Mincone is admitted to practice in all Florida and New York State courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
