Michelle attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She then attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Michelle was the recipient of the Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting Certificate, which focused on legal analysis, research, oral advocacy and the writing skills needed for success in the practice of law. She was also the recipient of the Founder’s Award for her significant contributions to the ideals and objectives of Florida Coastal School of Law. Since becoming an attorney, Amber has worked in the Orlando area focusing on estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, civil litigation, and family law. Since 2016, she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyer for her practice in Estate and Trust Litigation. Kristen King Jaiven, Esq. is an attorney that focuses her practice on the representation of small businesses, including real estate brokerages and other related business ventures.
