We are a premier full-service Las Vegas personal injury law firm, specializing in personal injury for over 29 years and securing for our clients some of the largest settlements in the state's history. The insurance companies know which injury firms are the best. Shouldn't you? You owe it to yourself to make the right decision. Your case could be worth many times more than you think, depending on the lawyer you choose. Experience matters. Results matter the most. If the insurance reps handling your case don't already know, the type of recognition your lawyer has received for his or her results is something upon which they will place a very high value. The insurance companies two favorite tactics, delay and low ball offers, can be deployed against most injury firms. You want to make sure the firm you choose is not like most. Most insurance adjuster we interact with are well aware of my firm's reputation, but for those that are not, a little research will reveal the following, which is something they dread seeing. Recognition for Mr. Aaron and Aaron Law Group, LLC: 2022 Award Winner Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney in Nevada - Best of the Best Attorney 2021 Top Ranking Law Firm in Nevada - American Association of Attorney Advocates 2021 Attorney of the Year, Personal Injury Law - National Alliance of Attorneys 2021 Top 10 Personal injury Attorney in Nevada - Best of the Best Attorney 2020 Nevada Litigator of the Year - American Institute of Trial Lawyers (1 selected from only .03 of NV attorneys nominated.) 2020 Top Ranking Law Firm in Nevada - American Association of Attorney Advocates 2019 Top 10 Nationally Ranked Attorney - National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys 2018 Excellence in Personal Injury Law - Lawyers of Distinction 2017 Top 25 Nationally Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers - National Trial Lawyers, Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association 2015 Best Attorney - Rue Ratings Best Attorneys of America 2009 Top 100 Trial Lawyer - The American Trial Lawyers Association 2008 Top 100 Trial Lawyer - The American Trial Lawyers Association Million Dollar Advocates Forum - Member since 2008 Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum - Member since 2009 ... and many more in Mr. Aaron's three decades of personal injury practice in Nevada. Picking incorrectly will cost you thousands and, if your case is large, millions. All injury firms charge the same fee and none get paid until your case settles. So, how to decide? In its simplest terms, the personal injury client wants two things: 1. To settle for the largest amount of money, and 2. To settle as quickly as possible. Over the last 29 years that I have developed numerous tactics designed to accomplish both of these goals. At Aaron Law Group, we take care of everything and all you have to do is go to the doctor and get better. Although our process is hassle-free for the client, it has, over almost 3 decades, evolved into a powerful system that achieves incredible results in a relatively short period of time. I am very proud of the fact that for the last 5 years or so, I've been able to look a perspective client in the eyes and honestly tell them that there is no firm in this state that can handle his personal injury case better than mine.
