David M. Estes concentrates his practice in class action, product liability, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Estes served as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor Ashrafi of the New Jersey Appellate Division. He also served as a summer clerk to the Honorable Jerome Simandle of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and judicial intern to the Honorable Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kenneth Psota graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA, and is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Political Science from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Psota worked as a congressional intern and was a newspaper reporter for several papers in Bergen County, NJ. While at Widener, Kenneth Psota served as a Senior Staff member of the Widener Law Review and was published on several occasions. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Psota has worked for litigation firms in Bergen County and Cape May County.

Candyce Sklar-Smith is a practicing Bankruptcy lawyer with over 10 years of experience. Ms. Sklar-Smith is licensed in both New Jersey & Pennsylvania.

Nima specializes in litigation, mediation, and arbitration in with a focus towards elder law matters.
