Accident & Injury, Immigration, Criminal, Estate

Eugene Litman, Esq. established Litman & Litman, P.C. in 1958. Eugene raised his four sons with aspirations that they would join him in the legal profession. He and his sons often discussed legal cases and argued their potential outcome over the dinner table. Eventually, all four of Eugene’s sons took up the legal profession by becoming lawyers. Two of Eugene’s sons, Jeffrey Litman and Kenneth Litman, joined their father’s firm. Today they have nearly 100 years of combined legal experience in personal injury law. Eugene Litman earned his degree from Brooklyn Law School while both Jeffrey Litman and Kenneth Litman earned their J.D. degrees from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Jeffrey received a B.S. in Management from Boston University while Ken earned his B.S. in Management from Arizona State University. The Litman family has brought justice to thousands of clients by securing hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation for them. With degrees in both law and business, they are more than qualified to defend your interests. They will accommodate your schedule with visits to your residence, hospital, or nursing home. They treat clients and their client’s circumstances with sensitivity. They understand that clients are potentially dealing with personal tragedies such as personal injury and wrongful death. The Litman team remains competitive and keeps apprised of the latest legal matters by extensive readings, attending conferences, and constant networking. They have met many leaders in American law, including United States Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Antonin Scalia.

Michael Drezin Lawyer
Location
1978 Williamsbridge Rd Bronx, NY 10461

Contract, Construction Contracts, Real Estate Other

Michael Who? My name is Michael Drezin. A lot of my clients get the last name wrong cause they don't use it much. I've lived in the Bronx since birth, still live here and have practiced here since 1983. Fresh out of law school, I spent five years taking the 2 train into the City. On most days, as was the fashion, I wore a vested blue suit, white shirt, and a red tie. I was assistant to some of the profession's best-the stars of the day. Lawyers who won multi-million-dollar verdicts at a time when they were as rare as summer snowflakes. Lawyers who taught me how they did it. I moved on to the insurance companies where I gained experience on cases of my own. I began on the fender benders. Then one day a friend referred a case so big it kept me up at night. But it went well and with the money I earned, I opened my own office. How Should A Lawver Conduct Himself!' When I thought about what it should be like, and what I should be like, the country doctor came to mind. Honest. Plain talking. Trusted by the town folk to do his level best. Before law, as a student of journalism, I learned a specialized form of writing. And so it happened my lawsuits became as deadly as guided missiles. No one on the receiving end has called to say, "Thanks." I've been on staff at the NYS Assembly, the NY City Council, a Yankee's funded charity and a Bronx Democratic Party parliamentarian. My cases have been written about in the New York Times. Post, Daily News. El Diario, The Village Voice, The New York Law Journal, and textbooks for lawyers. I've been on TV and radio. Nice as that might be, the question is: What can I do for you? Legal problem? Let's talk it over. No charge for that. Leave relieved.

Salvatore Aspromonte Lawyer
Location
30 Vesey St New York, NY 10007

Accident & Injury

Mr. Aspromonte is the managing partner of Dansker & Aspromonte. He is a native New Yorker and the son of second generation Italian immigrants. By the age of 16, he had lost both parents and entered the work force. While attending high school and college, he supported himself by working at a large retail pharmacy where he quickly rose to a managerial position. He graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College in 1974 with a Bachelor in Business Administration and in 1979, obtained his Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School, where he formed the Italian-American Law Students Association. He also secured a clerkship as legal assistant to the warden at the Brooklyn House of Detention for Men. After he was admitted to the bar, Mr. Aspromonte opened his first law office and concentrated in civil and criminal litigation. He subsequently limited his practice to personal injury and medical malpractice. In 1989, he merged his practice with Paul Dansker and formed Dansker & Aspromonte. Throughout his career, Mr. Aspromonte has tried many cases and negotiated millions of dollars in settlements. He gained notoriety in several cases, most notably in the case of Wan v. Rochester University Medical Center involving a young college student who died during a routine clinical research trial. Mr. Aspromonte credits his successes to the work ethic he learned at a very young age. He prides himself on being completely self-made. “Luck has nothing to do with it,” he proudly says. “Everything I’ve achieved was accomplished through hard work and determination.” And that work ethic is reflected in every aspect of the practice. He takes nothing for granted, and the standard of hard work and determination he set still provides the cornerstone for the effort that goes into every case accepted by the firm. Today, Mr. Aspromonte serves as president of the Congress of Italian Americans Organization (CIAO), which provides social services to individuals who are disadvantaged. He is a founder and board member of Community Understanding for Racial and Ethnic Equality (CURE), which brings diverse ethnic, religious and civic leaders together to promote harmony and to resolve disputes. He is a founding member of the New Era Democrats (NED), a political action group that supports qualified candidates regardless of party affiliation, and he serves on the board of the Ralph J. Sansone Foundation, a philanthropic organization that raises money and awards scholarships to deserving students in financial need.

Listening to my clients and working with them. Understanding that the client needs to be part of the process. Providing cost-effective, successful results. What should clients look for in a lawyer? Someone who has the time to handle their case. Someone who will give them an honest assessment of their matter in advance.
