Richard D. Gallucci, Attorney

Richard D. Gallucci, Jr., is an associate practicing in the firm's Commercial Litigation group.  Prior to joining Spector, Gadon and Rosen, P.C., Mr. Gallucci was associated with the law firm of Ballard, Spahr Andrews and Ingersoll, LLP. 

Mr. Gallucci concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation.  He has significant experience in the representation of national and international franchise industry clients with respect to trademark and unfair competition litigation, franchise and distribution system contracts, and covenants not to compete.  Mr. Gallucci has also represented corporate clients in cases involving antitrust and trade regulation, shareholder derivative claims, partnership disputes, insurance coverage, lender liability, and real estate disputes.  In addition, Mr. Gallucci has represented a major supplier of structural fill material in complex construction defect litigation and regularly represents construction industry clients in litigation concerning construction liens, contract disputes, and public bidding.

Prior to his law firm experience, Mr. Gallucci served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter G. Verniero, Associate Justice, New Jersey Supreme Court and the Honorable Michael Patrick King, Presiding Judge, Part B, New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division.  Mr. Gallucci consistently draws on his appellate clerkship experience to prosecute appeals on behalf of clients in both the state and federal courts.

Mr. Gallucci is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He is a member of American Bar Association, the American Bar Association's Forum on Franchising, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association.

Mr. Gallucci received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law Camden in 1998.  He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Drew University in 1995 and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
