About Robert
Robert F. DiCello ("Robert Jr.") joined the DiCello Firm in 2003. His practice has focused on Corporate and Business Law, Fraud, Single Action Mass Tort Law, and Criminal Defense.
Mr. DiCello graduated from the University of Dayton in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 1991 attended Northwestern University where he earned the degree of Master of Music in 1993. While teaching music at McHenry County College, he resided in Chicago, Illinois until 1996. Returning to Northeast Ohio in 1996, Mr. DiCello graduated from Cleveland State University, the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, in 1999 and earned his Juris Doctorate degree.
In 1998, while a student at Cleveland Marshall, Mr. DiCello achieved the high honor of being named the Editor-in-Chief of the Cleveland State Law Review. During his year-long tenure (1998-19990) Mr. DiCello numerous articles on a wide variety of legal subjects.
In 2000, he accepted employment as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Cuyahoga County Prosecuto's Office. Before leaving that office in 2003, Mr. DiCello was named as an In-Charge Supervisor of many of the 32 court rooms that exist within the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County court system.
Since joining the DiCello Firm in 2003, Mr. DiCello has litigated many cases and authored many appeals which have resulted in substantial recovery for his clients. He is currently in Federal Court, in the area of Corporate Litigation and Receivership Law.
Currently, Mr. DiCello is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and has been to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. In representing a wide array of clients, Mr. DiCello's reputation for insightful and accurate legal research and analysis are well known.
