Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters. Chris is a combat veteran (he served in Iraq for twelve months), husband, and proud father of two energetic children. After graduating from the University of Utah law school in 2008, he worked as an associate for a large Northern California law firm, where he litigated civil and domestic cases, including high-profile wrongful death matters. After returning home to Utah, Chris worked with a small local firm, where he honed his skills in personal injury and auto-accident matters. Now, he practices exclusively in dog-bite and auto-accident cases.

James E. Harward attended Brigham Young University and received a B. A. degree in English. His legal education and training came at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Harward has over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, corporate counsel, and government positions including the Director of Legal Affairs to the Industrial Commission (now the Labor Commission) and Administrative Law Judge for the Utah State Tax Commission. He has developed his practice of providing outstanding personal legal services to a select clientele ranging from airline companies to medical device development and manufacturing companies. His expertise is particularly helpful in new company development and reorganizations and restructuring of struggling companies. His trial experience is extensive and broad from complex tax matters to white-collar criminal tax matters. Before John earned his law degree from the University of Michigan, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Economics and Mathematics from the University of Iowa. George T. Waddoups has practiced law since 1982. One of George’s most notable cases involved a trucking accident, which resulted in a wrongful death. George’s client was traveling on the highway, when a semi-truck made a left turn in front of him. He had little time to react, and the impact of the incident killed him. The jury reached a verdict in the case and awarded George’s client and gave his family $58.5 million dollars. This was a major relief to the victim’s family to help for future expenses that would come as a result of losing their father. George is a member of numerous legal organizations. George is rated by his peers and has been nominated a Super Lawyer for ten years, and Legal Elite for many years. Over his thirty-nine years of practice, George has been recognized nationally for his work. George has also been recognized as one of the The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, an award that recognizes an attorney’s success in preserving justice for all.
