Jason D. Jones, Esq. founded the Law Office of Jason D. Jones, P.C. in 2018 after more than a decade of concentrated work in trusts and estates, estate administration, and related tax matters across both domestic and international settings. His background includes work with Japanese law firms, international trusts and estates practices, and major international law firms engaged in complex corporate finance matters—experience that continues to inform his approach to sophisticated private-client representation. After returning to the United States from Tokyo, Mr. Jones balanced paralegal work with his legal studies at Fordham University School of Law, where he developed a focused interest in trusts and estates and advanced estate taxation. During law school, he interned at the Queens County Surrogate’s Court, gaining early exposure to probate and administration proceedings from the court’s perspective. ​As an attorney, Mr. Jones practiced at an international firm advising high-net-worth clients on estate planning and tax minimization, and later at a New York–area firm concentrating on domestic estate planning and probate matters. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1960 and is admitted to the Bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Klipstein received an A.B. Degree from Columbia College in 1957, his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School in 1960 (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University Law School, Graduate Division in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, N.Y. State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Judges Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has been or is a member or Chairman of various committees at these Bar Associations for may years. Mr. Klipstein contributed to Drafting New York Wills, Law and Forms, published by Matthew Bender (Lexis). He has also been an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of N.Y. City Civil Court (N.Y. County) since 1971.

MARK L. KALISH is a founding partner of Moss & Kalish, PLLC. Mark is a 1975 graduate of Brooklyn Law School with honors. Like Gary, Mark has broad experience in the field of general corporate, commercial, and real estate litigation. In this area, Mark has served as counsel in federal litigation to bond holders who suffered financial losses as a result of a massive sovereign default by the Republic of Argentina. Mark has also served as a legal advisor to a partnership involved in the development of a 1.5 billion dollar undersea fiber optic cable venture and counseled clients in corporate and real estate matters. Mark has had extensive involvement in various not-for-profit organizations, serving as President of the Brandeis School, a private day school located in Lawrence, New York, and President of Congregation Sons of Israel, located in Woodmere, New York.

Attorney Leino has 44 years of legal experience, with 42 years as a sole practitioner. He knows both perspectives of a legal case, having represented plaintiffs (people who sue), as well as defendants (people who are sued) and their insurance companies; familiarity with the judicial perspective, having served numerous times as an arbitrator in state and federal courts for over ten years, deciding civil cases of up to $100,000 in value.

Brianna is an experienced litigator with expertise in high value, complex disputes involving antitrust, fraud, cryptoassets, unfair business practices, trade secrets, commercial contracts, real estate, partnerships, trusts and estates, fiduciary removal suits, and defamation. She has also spent a significant amount of time counseling private clients in more personal matters, including civil harassment restraining orders, tax planning, business formation, and other complex business areas. Brianna puts her years of studying the complexity and interrelationship of legal, social, and ethical issues to use throughout her practice and, therefore, brings a practical but personable approach to business and legal issues.

Mr. Bellovin actively practices before federal and state appellate and trial courts, various governmental agencies and departments and arbitration and mediation tribunals. His cases have been reported in federal and state reporters, and have been the subject of newspaper and magazine articles. His practice includes all phases of litigation and trial practice, Alternative Dispute Resolution and negotiation, and covers all aspects of employer-employee relations, including workers compensation defense, FLSA litigation defense, employment discrimination litigation and employee benefits.

Marc Taylor is a practicing attorney in New, York. He handles all phases of immigration, primarily including corporate and family immigration, permanent residence, and citizenship applications.

Mr. Cooper is the founding partner of the firm. He graduated from Vermont Law School with a J.D. in 1995, where he was an Editor of the Vermont Law Review. During his career as a litigator for over twenty (20) years, he has handled thousands of cases from inception through disposition. He has practiced in New York State Supreme Court, the Appellate Divisions of the New York Supreme Court, and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has also argued before the New York State’s highest court, the New York Court of Appeals. Mr. Cooper has lectured on the topic of wage theft in New York at LaGuardia Community College. Since he formed Cilenti & Cooper, PLLC in 2009, Mr. Cooper’s practice has been largely devoted to representing individuals who are unable to pay for the services of an attorney.
