PAMELA COYLE BRECHT is a partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. Ms. Brecht serves as Chair of the firm’s national Qui Tam/False Claims Act Practice Group. She is also experienced in white-collar criminal litigation, internal investigations, and complex health care litigation. Ms. Brecht has litigated many of the most complex False Claims Act cases filed in the United States. DOUGLAS K. ROSENBLUM is a partner and Certified Fraud Examiner in the Philadelphia office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He is also the Co-Chair of the Government Enforcement, Compliance, and White Collar Litigation Practice Group. Having served as both an Assistant District Attorney and a Special Assistant United States Attorney, Mr. Rosenblum has extensive trial experience and knowledge of federal and state procedures. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict. Mr. Rosenblum routinely represents entities and individuals under investigation or indictment for a variety of allegations from health care fraud to violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. These representations include, but are not limited to, the former Attorney General of Pennsylvania, a former CEO of an American subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar manufacturer, physicians, pharmaceutical sales representatives, and defense contractors. Companies of all sizes, and in many industries, have utilized Mr. Rosenblum’s expertise in conducting internal investigations; These range from financial and educational institutions to environmental firms, nuclear energy companies, and purveyors of fracking services in the Marcellus Shale. JOSHUA D. HILL is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He is a member of the Government Enforcement, Compliance, & White Collar Litigation and the Qui Tam & False Claims Act Practice Groups. With twenty years of experience, Mr. Hill focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense. He began his career as a public defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, and over the years has tried dozens of cases to verdict. Mr. Hill has been involved in several high-profile political corruption trials, including defending the CEO of a local non-profit against charges that he bribed a Philadelphia City Councilman. This complex matter played out over the course of three multiple week jury trials. His practice encompasses cases involving health care fraud, securities fraud, tax fraud, export violations, pharmaceutical marketing fraud, municipal corruption, defense procurement fraud, and public finance fraud. ALEXANDER M. OWENS is a partner in the Philadelphia Office of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, False Claim Act, trade secret, and class action matters and defendants in product liability and white collar litigation matters. Mr. Owens has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts. He also represents whistleblowers under the SEC, CFTC, IRS, and FinCEN whistleblower programs. Beyond litigation, Mr. Owens counsels clients on regulatory issues arising under federal and state healthcare laws. He is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and a member of the American Bar Association’s Trade Secrets and Interference with Contracts Committee. Mr. Owens received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University where he majored in International Relations. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
