Jason D. Jones, Esq., our office’s founder, opened our office in 2018 after working for well over a decade in trusts & estates, estate administration, and taxation matters in both international and domestic estate planning areas. With B.A and M.A. degrees from Yale University and University of Chicago, Mr. Jones worked as a corporate paralegal at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, specializing in airline lease transactions and other corporate matters. Mr. Jones also worked as the sole non-native Japanese paralegal at the former Komatsu Koma Nishikawa LLP, located in Tokyo, Japan, while on scholarship to complete work on his master's thesis. ​ Upon his return to the United States, Mr. Jones worked as a paralegal at Morrison Foerster LLP and at Loeb Block LLP, a boutique firm specializing in international trusts & estates matters for high net worth foreign individuals. While at Loeb Block LLP, Mr. Jones began his study at Fordham Law School and developed his interest in all trusts & estates related matters, including advanced work in estate taxation. During the summers as a law student, Mr. Jones interned at both the Queens County Surrogate’s Court, among other places, to augment his practical experience. After his admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Jones worked as an associate at Heidner Law Firm, where he worked on trusts & estates matters for high net worth individuals, primarily from Brazil but also from other Latin American countries. Selected matters included U.S. based real estate purchases for foreign clients, forming offshore entities in Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. Mr. Jones next joined Eisenberg & Baum LLP as an associate in order to to serve more U.S. clients on a wider array of domestic estate planning and probate matters. At Eisenberg & Baum LLP, Mr. Jones worked in all Surrogate’s Courts city-wide, as well as in Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties. He soon realized that this work was most closely aligned with his mission: to assist all families and individuals with their domestic estate planning objectives while providing an empathetic ear towards the vital skills required of a trusts & estates practitioner towards his/her/their clients. To date, Mr. Jones has served as trustee on two different multimillion dollar trusts concerning notable figures and has prepared hundreds of Wills and revocable trusts. In addition, Mr. Jones has prepared family limited partnerships, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, and other sophisticated estate planning devices. Mr. Jones has completed many probate and administration proceedings, small estate (voluntary) administration proceedings, resolved inheritance disputes, and handled formation and dissolution matters of limited liability companies and corporations. As a value add-on to his primary practice, Mr. Jones assists his clients with residential real estate closings and deed transfers. Due to the strong connection between spousal rights and estate planning, Mr. Jones has been sought after by many couples to prepare prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Mr. Jones is a native New Yorker, who was raised Queens, New York. He currently resides in New York City with his husband. When he is not furthering his clients’ interests, he enjoys playing tennis, reading contemporary fiction, listening to true crime podcasts, and traveling.

Mr. Goidel is a partner in the law firm of Goidel & Siegel, LLP, which he and Andrew Siegel co-founded in 1990. Prior to the founding of Goidel & Siegel, Mr. Goidel was associated with several prestigious international law firms. At Goidel & Siegel, he focuses on the prosecution of product liability and personal injury cases. He has tried cases to verdict in nearly every trial court in New York City and has argued appeals in the Appellate Divisions of both the First and Second Judicial Departments. He has served as an arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Court. Nicole Brenecki is a native-born New Yorker who, following an extensive overseas education, returned to practice law in her place of birth. Fluent in English, German, and Polish, Ms. Brenecki’s distinctive global experiences allow her to fully understand and appreciate the unique needs of her clients with the ability to explain the intricacies of New York law in multiple languages. Ms. Brenecki obtained her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2017. At Brooklyn Law, Ms. Brenecki was awarded the prestigious Brooklyn Law Students for the Public Interest Fellowship and in 2018, she co-founded an organization that was instrumental in the repeal of the New York City Cabaret Law by Mayor Bill DeBlasio. Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Brenecki received a Master’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in American Law at Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in 2013. Nicole has extensive experience working for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and specializes in Personal Injury and Labor Law, as well as Employment and Wage Law, in which she heads the firm’s practice. In only her second year of full-time practice, Nicole was named a “Super Lawyer – Rising Star,” a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state for her excellence as a litigator, in 2021. In 2022, she was honored with the “Super Lawyer – Rising Star” award again, followed by the “Top 10 under 40” Award for New York Personal Injury Attorneys, as well as the Lawyers of Distinction Award. Ms. Brenecki is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Attorney Irina Yadgarova focuses her practice on Trusts & Estates, Probate & Administration, Elder Law, and Real Estate. She is licensed to practice law in the courts of the State of New York, the State New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Yadgarova's practice encompasses all aspects of Estate Planning, Elder Law and Real Estate. She provides legal services to residents of New York and New Jersey and handles matters pertaining to Wills, Trusts & Estates and Long Term Care Planning. Prior to establishing her own practice, Ms. Yadgarova worked as a wealth management attorney at UBS Wealth Management. While at UBS, she counseled the business with regard to their high net worth clientele. Ms. Yadgarova obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University and her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While in law school, she acted as president of the Russian Speaking Law Students Alliance and wrote for the Cardozo Law Journal of Dispute Resolution. Ms. Yadgarova is a member of the New York State Bar Association and their Trusts & Estates Law section, the Queens County Bar Association, and the Russian Speaking Business Alliance Network. Ms. Yadgarova frequently lectures on Estate Planning and Advance Directives. Her articles on Estate Planning and Elder Law are often featured in community newspapers. She is fluent in Russian and resides in Queens, New York with her husband and three children.

Mr. Klipstein concentrates in two areas of the law: 1. Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, Wills, Estate Administration, and Estate, Gift and Income Tax matters related to estates and trusts; 2. Immigration and Naturalization. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1960 and is admitted to the Bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Klipstein received an A.B. Degree from Columbia College in 1957, his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School in 1960 (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University Law School, Graduate Division in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, N.Y. State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Judges Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has been or is a member or Chairman of various committees at these Bar Associations for may years. Mr. Klipstein contributed to Drafting New York Wills, Law and Forms, published by Matthew Bender (Lexis). He has also been an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of N.Y. City Civil Court (N.Y. County) since 1971.

Max Leifer has been practicing civil law since 1972 and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Federal Court. He is a 32nd Degree Mason; a member of various religious and civil organizations, and is associated with numerous Bar Associations. He has a successful background in Social Security, Long-Term Disability, Union Benefits, and Personal Injury, both Plaintiff and Defendant. He is associated with other attorneys who specialize in criminal, trademark, malpractice, and commercial/real estate litigation. Due to successful trials, Max is a current member of the Million Dollar Club, which requires recoveries in excess of one million dollars. He has numerous cases reported in Jury Verdicts and has lectured on Social Security Disability and various conferences.

David Resnick, a New York personal injury attorney, began his law career working at large firms where the objective was to spend as little time as possible actually speaking to clients. He saw that clients deserved more time and attention, however, and an attorney who truly cared about their case. Armed with nothing more than a firm belief in client communication, he started his own practice in a tiny office in his apartment. His wife, a student at the time, helped out by answering phones in between classes.
