Warren V. Norred is an attorney with experience in bankruptcy, intellectual property and litigation. Sylvan was born in San Antonio, Texas, and has lived most of his life in South and Central Texas. Charles W. Goehringer, Jr. joined Germer in 2001. Charlie graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont with a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering degree in 1980.
