Our founder, Kevin M. Maki has been fighting for the legal rights of accident victims since 2006. Originally from Ventura County, Mr. Maki went to the University of California – Santa Barbara for a degree in Law and Society. His first job was with a leading insurance company in California. This work experience allowed Mr. Maki to gain valuable experience with injury claims. While working full-time, Mr. Maki attended law school.
