Mark Peake has been practicing law in the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, civil litigation, products liability, and criminal defense since 1988. He has extensive trial experience in Virginia’s state and federal courts, and he has successfully appealed a number of cases to the Supreme Court of Virginia. He is a former President of the Lynchburg Bar Association. In addition to his law practice, Mark represents Virginia’s 22nd Senate District in the Senate of Virginia, which includes the counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Buckingham, Cumberland, Fluvanna, Goochland, Prince Edward County, and parts of Louisa County and the City of Lynchburg. Doug practices exclusively in the area of DWI and criminal defense. He represents clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and is also licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jonathan grew up in Lexington, Virginia. After finishing his law degree at Washington & Lee University School of Law, Jonathan worked as a Contract Negotiations Specialist and as a Financial Planner for a Fortune 500 company before starting Tarris Law in 2016. Glen Henkle is a lifelong Virginian whose family has proudly called this state home for over 200 years. Roy J. Baldwin, Esq. was born in Nacogdoches, Texas, and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. He has lived in Virginia since 1975. He is married and his son, Nathaniel, is an associate of the firm. Since 1976, Mr. Baldwin has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Family Law Section of the Fairfax Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia State and Federal courts. He has held numerous positions in the Fairfax Bar Association, has served as a moot court judge for his alma mater, The George Washington University School of Law, is a multi-year recipient of Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award, and in 2016 was named a Capital Region Premiere Lawyer by the Wall Street Journal.
