Glen Henkle is a lifelong Virginian whose family has proudly called this state home for over 200 years. Although born in Richmond, he was raised and attended school in Amelia County and still makes his home there. His upbringing in a rural area taught him the value of hard work, faith, family, community, and that bad things do happen to good people. As a state prosecutor, he was a strong advocate for crime victims, and today he tries to bring that same strength of advocacy to bear for all his clients, both civil and criminal. Roy J. Baldwin, Esq. was born in Nacogdoches, Texas, and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law in Washington, D.C. He has lived in Virginia since 1975. He is married and his son, Nathaniel, is an associate of the firm. Since 1976, Mr. Baldwin has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the Family Law Section of the Fairfax Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia State and Federal courts. He has held numerous positions in the Fairfax Bar Association, has served as a moot court judge for his alma mater, The George Washington University School of Law, is a multi-year recipient of Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award, and in 2016 was named a Capital Region Premiere Lawyer by the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Baldwin has held several positions with the Town of Vienna, most recently as a member of the Town Board of Architectural Review. A longtime member of the Church of the Holy Comforter in Vienna, he has served as a Sunday School teacher, a lay minister, and as a member of the vestry.

Jonathan grew up in Lexington, Virginia. After finishing his law degree at Washington & Lee University School of Law, Jonathan worked as a Contract Negotiations Specialist and as a Financial Planner for a Fortune 500 company before starting Tarris Law in 2016. Since starting Tarris Law, Jonathan has litigated thousands of matters throughout Virginia from fatal trucking accidents to farm partitions among dozens of heirs. and has successfully appealed trial court rulings, even garnishing published opinions in the Virginia Court of Appeals. Originally from Bedford County, Matthew joined the law firm in 2018 as a full-time associate, following his graduation from the Liberty University School of Law.
