Jeffrey M. Bloom was born in New York, NY. He moved to New Jersey as a young child and has lived in northern New Jersey for over fourty (40) years. Mr. Bloom received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Emory University in 1985. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1988 where he served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. Mr. Bloom is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America and various other federal courts. Jeffrey Bloom is a second generation attorney. His father, Irwin Bloom, graduated New York University Law School and practiced in New York City for over forty (40) years, primarily representing defendants and insurance companies. For over 40 years, Larry has been conducting trials and appeals in both state and federal courts in employment cases including public employee cases, Lemon Law actions, products liability matters, insurance litigation (including environmental matters, toxic tort and consumer fraud), commercial and corporate litigation, franchise matters, breach of warranty, and similar matters. He has also been involved in the defense of several class action suits and has handled a variety of matters before regulatory boards and he has frequently appeared before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Larry has experience drafting, reviewing, and counselling clients regarding employment agreements, separation agreements and employee manuals. Larry also counsels corporate clients in a variety of areas. He has assisted manufacturing clients in product recalls, preparing warnings, warranties, and owner’s manuals for various products. Larry has been involved in representing clients with matters in China and Hong Kong. Michael J. Brady is a partner in and the Chairman of Harwood Lloyd’s Commercial Department. He received his B.A. in History and English from Ithaca College in 1978. He received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1982. Since he started practicing law in New York City in 1982, Mr. Brady has counseled business clients in all areas of commercial law including business planning and organization, financing, leasing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Brady has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate ranging from sales and acquisitions to § 1031 exchanges. Mr. Brady also represents numerous national and local community banks in connection with commercial loan transactions of every nature. David M. Repetto is a Co-Managing Partner of Harwood Lloyd, LLP. Mr. Repetto practices primarily in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Department, concentrating on probate litigation.
