About Winter

Winter is a Florida native. Winter graduated with Honors from the University of Florida in 2002. Following undergraduate school, Winter attended Florida State University College of Law where she was named to the Dean’s List and attended the Florida State University Law Conference at Oxford University, United Kingdom (J.D. 2005).
Upon Graduation from Law School, Winter was a criminal defense attorney in Orlando Florida. Winter has practiced in the panhandle area focusing her practice on Collection/Repossession Law, Family Law, Real Estate Litigation, Banking Law, Foreclosure Litigation and Defense, Landlord/Tenant Law, and General Civil Litigation.
