Carlye L. Goldstein is a partner at O’Cathain Law Group, LLC, where she practices family law. Carlye handles all areas of family and matrimonial law, from pre-nuptial agreements through divorce and into post-judgment matters. Known for her skilled writing ability, Carlye is primarily responsible within the firm for overseeing appellate briefs and the legal memoranda submitted in heavy-duty motions. While handling her own caseload of divorce cases, Carlye also handles all domestic violence cases within the firm. Domestic violence is one of the few areas of family law that involves regular trial appearances, and she has extensive experience doing that. Before Carlye entered private practice, she spent two years as a staff attorney at Partners for Women & Justice, a 501(c)(3) charity that provides legal advice to the victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Carlye’s practice at O’Cathain Law Group, LLC continues to help the victims of domestic violence and people who have been wrongly blamed for domestic violence. The outcome of a domestic violence trial has a significant impact on the parenting time, custody, relocation, and visitation issues that arise in a regular divorce. Her experience in handling the domestic violence part of a divorce has given her clients the reassurance they need to focus on getting the best result for themselves and their families in the overall divorce. Carlye’s commitment to legal advocacy to the underserved began while she was a student at Seton Hall Law School where she was a member of the Courtroom Advocates Project. In addition, she was a member of the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice which submitted an amicus curiae brief to the New Jersey Supreme Court to advocate against the discoverability of immigration status in civil cases. When not discussing work at the office, Carlye will always be available to offer ideas about house remodeling with a family, what treats should be given to dogs, and what whiskey is best left unopened. James P. Logan and his brother, William E. Logan (deceased), were founding partners in 1961 of Logan and Logan, Attorneys at Law, located in Englewood, New Jersey. The firm’s name was changed in 1993 to Logan, Logan and Lindsay when Robyn Lindsay became a partner. The firm merged with Harwood Lloyd, LLP. in 2006 where Mr. Logan is now Of Counsel. Throughout his career Mr. Logan represented several Bergen County municipalities as municipal attorney, planning board attorney, board of adjustment attorney, board of education attorney and sewerage authority attorney. He also was appointed and served as a municipal judge. Practice areas of his law firm included wills, trusts and estates, real estate law, municipal law, litigation and business law. With regard to community service, Mr. Logan was a member and President of the Tenafly Board of Education, a member and Chairman of the Board of the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and President of the Tenafly Presbyterian Church Board of Trustees. Mr. Logan received his B.A. from Trinity College in 1954. Upon graduation he served as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he was a navigator in the Material Air Transport Service. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 1960. Mr. Logan is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1960), the United States Court of Claims, (1989) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1990).

Mr. Bosin is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers Law School, and holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law. David McBride is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd in its Commercial and Real Estate Department. Mr. McBride received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1969 and his J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law in 1973. He has experience in real estate transactions, including commercial closings, residential closings, co-operative transfers and lease negotiations. Mr. McBride is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1973) and the courts of the State of New York (1983).

Carl G. Zoecklein, graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1989, passed the New Jersey Bar in 1990 and became a licensed Attorney in the State of New Jersey. He has maintained his own law office as a solo practitioner since that time, having had offices at 688 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; 642 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ; and 737 Broad Street, Clifton, NJ where his current practice has been located since 2002. He primarily focused upon Real Estate Closings- residential and commercial- to include purchases, sale and refinances. Today his practice has evolved to include DWI/DUI, Criminal, Municipal Court, Expungements, Divorce, Loan Modifications, Landlord Tenant, Civil Law, as well as the Real Estate Closings. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Carl G. Zoecklein, was continuously employed by the City of Clifton, New Jersey, as a Police Officer, from June 2, 1975 to April 30, 2002, in various assignments and ranks. For over 40 years, Larry has been conducting trials and appeals in both state and federal courts in employment cases including public employee cases, Lemon Law actions, products liability matters, insurance litigation (including environmental matters, toxic tort and consumer fraud), commercial and corporate litigation, franchise matters, breach of warranty, and similar matters. He has also been involved in the defense of several class action suits and has handled a variety of matters before regulatory boards and he has frequently appeared before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Larry has experience drafting, reviewing, and counselling clients regarding employment agreements, separation agreements and employee manuals. Larry also counsels corporate clients in a variety of areas. He has assisted manufacturing clients in product recalls, preparing warnings, warranties, and owner’s manuals for various products. Larry has been involved in representing clients with matters in China and Hong Kong. In addition to his practice, Larry is Vice President and General Counsel of Foreign Tire Sales, Inc. located in Union, New Jersey.
