Attorney David Goldberg graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics. Thereafter David attended the University of Miami School of Law from which he received his J.D. in 2004. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2004. He is admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts.

Attorney Goldberg is a member of the Commercial Bar and Commercial Law League of America. He specializes in commercial litigation with a concentration in the area of creditors’ rights. He is closely involved in breach of equipment lease matters, workouts, as well as litigation with respect to various contractual and real estate matters.

Attorney Goldberg’s practice is concentrated in representing lenders and other businesses in financial transactions, collections, workouts, and liquidations of troubled debt. He is an aggressive commercial and consumer collections attorney with a primary goal to provide his clients with the most comprehensive and cost-effective legal representation possible. His clients include companies of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.

Attorney Goldberg has developed a special expertise in the representation of equipment lessors, lenders and banks in leasing transactions, secured lender workouts, secured lender accounts receivables collections, asset-based transactions, and cash flow transactions. He has also represented a large number of plumbing & heating distributors throughout New England and the entire country. He has a broad background of litigation experience regularly appearing before the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.

Attorney Goldberg also handles all facets of real estate law, including conveyancing, Buyer, Seller and Lender representation, as well as condominium law and short sales. His comprehensive knowledge in these specialized practice areas, together with his vast network of resources enables him to provide his clients with quick and effective results.
